1. (optional) Campaign name

You can select one or more campaigns you want to analyze from the drop-down menu:

  • by scrolling down through the list, or

  • typing the name of the campaigns

This is useful to generate a template for a particular advertiser, a particular time frame, creative type, or type of campaign.

2. Date range

Choose a predefined period (e.g., Today, Last 7 Days, Last Year) or define a custom date range.

3. KPIs

You can select as many KPIs as needed; just make sure they align with your campaign setup for meaningful insights.

More information on all available KPIs in Reports.

4. Drill-down variables

There are over 95 available drill-down variables in Reports. You can select as many drill-downs as needed.

We recommend always including ‘Campaign’ and ‘Strategies’ to get a structured view of where the spend is allocated and how the KPIs map to each strategy.

5. (optional) Filters

Further personalize and narrow down the report results, using filters.

6. (optional) Placebo data

What is Placebo data? Placebo data refers to information from a control group of users who are not exposed to the ad but are otherwise similar to the exposed group. It helps isolate the true impact of the campaign by filtering out external influences.

To compare exposed vs non-exposed users, you will need to download the placebo data: turn ON the 'Include placebo data' toggle.

By default, reports will only provide results from exposed users.

7. (optional) Aggregate data by parent

Aggregate data by parent organization in a report means combining and summarizing data from multiple sub-organizations under the parent entity. This allows analysis at the higher organizational level rather than at individual sub-unit detail.
