Overview

Building a template that meets your reporting needs is a straightforward process.

To build a new template

You can either:

  1. Save a Report configuration as a template by clicking on 'Save as a template', or

  2. Go to Reports > Templates, and click on the 'New template' button.

  3. Save a Discovery report as a template by clicking on 'Save as a template'

Then, follow the instructions in the dialog.

Configure:

  1. Name of the template. Make it as descriptive as possible.

  2. Source of information:

    • Reports for campaign results, and

    • Discovery for inventory/supply discovery.

  3. (Optional) Privacy toggle:

    • Private OFF means the report is available for your organization. It's the default option.

    • Private ON means the report is only available for your user

  4. (Optional) Add one or more e-mail recipients

  5. Reports settings. . The configuration fields will change if it's a Reports or a Discovery template. Keep reading for more information.

  6. (Optional) Schedule reports to receive them by email.

    • Select the Frequency

    • Add the Time of the day

  7. Create the template or cancel to exit the setup.
